Q and A: Advancing Public Anthropology with Wenner-Gren’s Global Initiatives Grant Program

For the next four years, the Wenner-Gren Foundation will be supporting ambitious projects that advance public anthropology through our Global Initiatives Grants. We will be giving one award of $80,000 per year. Join the Wenner-Gren staff, Danilyn Rutherford (President), Judy Kreid (Foundation Anthropologist), and Chip Colwell (Program Director for Public Anthropology), for a discussion of how this award will build on the legacy of the Foundation’s investments in public-facing scholarship. We hope to meet with prospective applicants and answer any questions they might have about the competition.
