Join us for a discussion of the Hunt Postdoctoral Fellowship, which provides $40,000 to recent doctorates in anthropology who are working to bring a book or a series of articles to completion. Danilyn Rutherford, the Foundation President, will describe the program’s history and goals, then offer some tips on succeeding in winning an award. We’ll draw on examples from successful applications. She’ll be joined by Chip Colwell, Wenner-Gren’s Program Director for Public Anthropology, who will describe a craft and mentoring opportunity we’re offering Hunt Fellows who are eager to share their work with broad audiences. The Hunt Fellowship amplifies the impact of excellent research and researchers by supporting early career scholars and fostering an inclusive vision of the field. Whether or not you have an academic job, you are welcome to apply!
