Jason De León Wins National Book Award!

A belated congratulations to Jason De León, whose book, “Soldiers and Kings: Survival and Hope in the World of Human Smuggling” won the 2024 National Book Award for non-fiction.

Jason is a colleague of ours on the Archaeology Centers Coalition and participated in the Wenner-Gren sponsored seminar, “A Workshop in Radically Humanist Praxis.”
